RICH FRONING is considered by many to be the greatest CrossFit athlete of all time. He won the CrossFit games, earning the title of "Fittest Man on Earth," in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. He also led his team, CrossFit Mayhem, to first place team finishes in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. So ya, he's been a 1st place finisher at the CrossFit games damn near every year since he started. Rich is known not only for his athletic achievements, but also for his faith. He has Galatians 6:14 tattooed on his side - "As for me, may I never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ." Rich is one of those guys with a gravitational pull. Even just talking to him or following him on social media will inspire you to be a better version of yourself. He's an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was an honor to host him on our show.
